Fitness Schedule 1

I am going to start out my fitness schedule really simple. As time goes on I'm sure it will become more complex. For now I want to keep it simple and set myself up for success not failure.

Day 1 - Thigh, booty, and cardio. Total workout time should be 45min

Day 2 - Cardio 45min. This can be running/walking, biking, elyptical, HIIT and pretty much anything              that intensely burns calories.

Day 3 - Shoulder, arms, back, and cardio. Total workout should be 45min.

Day 5 - Cardio 45min. This can be running/walking, biking, elyptical, HIIT and pretty much anything              that intensely burns calories.

Day 6 - Thigh, booty, abdominal, and cardio. Total workout time should be 45min

Day 7 - REST!

Fitness Goals

1. My first goal is to reach my goal weight...130. I have broken this large goal into smaller goals...195....175...156.....130. I expect that this will take over a year to attain the final weight.

2. My second goal is to tone up my body. I would like really great muscle definition. I have no idea how long to expect this to take.

3. My final goal is to maintain this weight and by this time to have developed a clean eating lifestyle. I expect this to last for the rest of my life!

Workout 2 - Arms, shoulders, upper back, cardio

Here is a good workout for upper back, arms and shoulders. I tack on an additional workout of atleast 20min of cardio. Either walking/jogging, on my elliptical or on my bike. I really want to make sure and build my muscle while I loose the weight this time around.

Workout 1 - Thigh, booty, and cardio

I'm going to attempt this workout tomorrow. I like how it has good cardio and uses weights to incorporate muscle growth. I also plan on adding on at least an additional 20 min of cardio. Either on my elliptical or riding my bike.

Motivation

Sometimes when I am running/walking I feel like a snail.....This runs through my head and I feel a little better.  :-)

Weight Loss Motivation

Saw this idea on Pinterest and LOVED it! For every pound you kill you can move a glass marble over to the other jar. I put bigger stones in the bottom of the jar because I know the more weight I loose the harder it will be. I love being able to visualize my progress. It's the little things.
