What does "Clean Lean Bean" stand for? Well I'm glad you asked :-)!
Clean Lean Bean is the definition of a person I wish to become. My nickname growing up is Bean so I already have that one covered. Clean stands for clean eating and lean would define my physique....which at the moment is far from lean and very plump.
My goal for this blog is to do one thing...motivate me. If I happen to have others follow me on my journey that's great but not my goal. I need motivation and an article I read today said that making others know about your goal to loose weight can help keep you motivated and accountable. I thought "what better way then putting my journey on the internet for all to see" so I have started this blog. I have tried everything else so why not try this as well :-).
By the time I reach my goal weight I hope to be one clean eating lean bean. I know this will be a long hard journey. I know I will fail, fall and have to get back up. But I have seen success before. I have gained back all the weight I have lost before plus some. The one thing I have never done is reach my goal weight and sustain it.....This I am determined to do!
I am determined to succeed no matter what!
